On the occasion of a workshop, in which the children of "Nefeli 2" Shelter created real size figures of themselves, the opportunity was born for a discussion around the word "Stereotypes". Everything started when one of the boys wrote the phrase: do not care about #stereotypes, on his creation.

None of us expected what we saw! One of the most important car collections in Greece, is hidden in one of the most central streets of Athens. From the first cars created to the fastest ones ever made, all together where gathered in a museum that welcomed us with joy.
8 months ago we asked for your support to organize a special trip in the spring! You all stood by our teenage children and so everything went well. The weather conditions and some small obstacles delayed our trip but we finally made it!
So on the first weekend of June, we visited the Archaeological site and the Museum of Delphi, with a large group of unaccompanied minor refugees. The children learned the history of the Oracle of Delphi, the myths about Apollo, the oracles of Pythia and the Pythian sports, musical and poetic games, that took place at the site every 4 years.

A new photography course begins our Unaccompanied Minors' Shelters, under the guidance of photographer Christina Vazou.
First stop, the history of the camera.
Through an interactive journey, the teenage boys discover basic visual issues through a paper camera obscura and then, through personal exploration, they learn how to use better the cameras of their mobile phones.
